Dear Mrs. Jooste,

Deep Sea Diving Adventures Management namely, Thijs van Schijndel, Roger Langmann and Moritz von Kummer as well as the silent partner (former navy diver and co-founder of "Underwater Times") would like to follow up on previous conversations and meetings regarding the Deep Sea Diving Adventures business idea at Australia's Gold Coast. DSDA Management is glad to present the business proposition for experiencing unique, high quality and service minded dive courses for the domestic and international diving industry of Australia.

This report will give an accurate overview of revenue predictions for the first years of the operation. These expectations are all supported by the necessary financial figures, and will illustrate the expected turnover for the period of the Product Life Cycle. It will also be shown how Deep Sea Diving Adventures will distinguish itself through diverse products and services on the existing market / competitors. The fact that the Dive Industry and tourism figures at Australia's Gold Coast are steadily increasing as well as the cooperation with the Sheraton Mirage Resort & Spa will ensure that the predicted occupancy rates are going to be met.

MRT management is looking forward to a prosperous future for all of us and to establish a wealthy business with great output throughout its forthcoming years at the Sheraton Mirage Resort and Spa.

Yours Sincerely,

MRT Management

Executive Summary

MRT Management is a company with a focus on water sport activities with special deep sea diving experience and knowledge. This business idea is developed by MRT Management namely, Moritz von Kummer, Roger Langmann and Thijs van Schijndel and with the purpose of delivering unique dive experiences / adventures to the domestic and international adventure market diving industry of Australia (Queensland, Gold Coast).

The domestic Adventure market in Queensland increased during the past two years by 18.2 % and is still increasing today . Diving at the Gold coast is a unique experience itself due to the "Barrier Reef", lagoons and the diverse under water life. For that reason the international dive market receives more attention also due to the increase of environmental interest and conscious behavior. The Gold Coast and Deep Sea Diving Adventures (DSDA) provide environmental friendly facilities and are involved in the creation of additional lagoons.

The well known Sheraton Mirage Resort & Spa and DSDA Management will work in cooperation. The location (Shop) will be provided by the Sheraton Mirage in the Resort itself. Promotion, advertising and reputation will have more assertiveness, a wider customer base can be approached and services offered by DSDA have more competencies. Services will include food and beverage catering for guests during each activity, carried out by the Sheraton Mirage Resort & Spa (outsourcing F&B services) which guarantees high service quality and enables DSDA to concentrate only on the dive business.

In order to develop unique competitive advantage Deep Sea Adventure Diving (DSDA) Management concentrates on high quality regarding equipment, staff and service. Security, comfort and the well being of DSDA guests are the core points of the dive shop idea - in cooperation with the experienced and well known Sheraton Mirage Resort and Spa. In comparison with competitors DSDA will offer distinguishable and unique products such as:

● Rescue Diver ● Dive Master ● Treasury Snorkeling

● Deep sea diving ● Night diving ● Photography Course

Additional focus will be put on employees and their level of education. Due to the widespread target market and different nationalities of DSDA customers, staff needs to speak different languages. This will be trained every six month in language programs as well as training courses regarding service procedures and handling latest dive technology.

The total investment for the first year is $ 385.044,78. The three managing partners will all put in $ 15.000 into the investment. The silent investor will invest $109.017,91 and the rest of the investment will come from the bank, namely 60%. The assets of DSDA will be the collateral for the loan. The investment will cover the costs of buying equipment as well as the pre opening expenses.

DSDA will become more and more profitable over the duration of its operations. The revenue as well as the net income will increase continuously
