Because life in America is dramatically changing everyday, the amount of opportunities that the average American has the chance to seize is so remarkable that "We the People" often take it all for granted. There are millions of inhabitants in the world that look to America as the leader of a well-based foundation for life. With the independence we possess, citizens in the United States have the chance to become everything that they want to be and more. Even though both Americans and non-Americans may think they realize what endless possibilities they have in these United States, they often do not appreciate them.

Years ago, it was considered a privilege to go to school and receive an education, " the best provision for the journey to old age" (Aristotle). The people that did attend school were considered the leaders of the United States and helped make this nation great. In contrast, today's children have the right to attend school and receive a free public education. Proper instruction can help bring you where you desire to go in life. However, even with the wonderful knowledge from schooling come duties and tasks that must be fulfilled in order to make the future as successful as the past.

Students throughout America need to value that they have the ability to choose their future and experience the real world. As the present becomes the past, these students grow and are put in the position where they have to make life-changing decisions - decisions that shape America. Some of these choices may include things such as occupation, marriage, families, or purchasing a home. Everyone is unique, having different goals with varied outcomes. To be successful, one must find what they want and go for it.

Millions of Americans wake up every morning, get out of a warm bed, and jump in the car to go to work. Little do they realize that others look up to them and their life of luxury. They have made their life significant by
