I don't think its right for people to drop out of school after the age of 16 because I don't believe you have enough education yet to continue on with your life. Yeah you could drop out and go work at McDonalds or some other fast food restaurant is that really going to get you anywhere in life besides minimum wage? When you complete high school you have a greater chance of getting accepted to a better college and depending what your major is most people have decent jobs waiting for them once they get out of college or at least a good internship.
School isn't for everybody but I still believe that is no reason to drop out of high school early and if you finish high school and decide not to go to college you still have more options in your life. You can also always go to a technical school and become an engineer, Plummer, or really anything you put your mind to as long as you have good goals for yourself and good aspirations. People drop out of high school because they have bad grades or they just don't like it but that's what tutors are there for to help you and I'm sure that if you asked anyone of your teachers or counselors they would be willing to lend a hand to help you succeed.
I think that schools shouldn't allow students to drop out because I know school has dumb rules and that the teachers treat us a lot like kids some times but I think we need to go through high school and experience everything that it has to offer us. High School has so many options for you to choose from such as hundreds of electives, different after school activities and clubs, and sports. Kids believe that they know everything and that what they say is always right but they're wrong. High School helps guide us and it puts on the right path for our real lives. I believe that high school is something in life that is a necessity and nobody should be allowed to skip out on something you need to succeed in life.
