Who's Better

In comparing the two web pages, it is my opinion that the Office Max website is more user friendly than the Staples web page simply because the Office Max webpage is laid out much better making it easier to navigate than the Staples webpage. The Office Max web page has everything right there in front of you were as the Staples web page you must use drop down menu's to navigate to where you want to go. The Office Max page offers instant saving's to the online customer instead of mail in rebates like Staples does, which you have to print out, send in and wait 8 to 12 weeks for the rebate to arrive in the mail.

In the business of E-commerce many consumer's do not want to wait that long for their money, many would rather get on the spot saving's . The Office Max website gives you the choice of sending in you document for printing right over the internet and at Staples you have to go to the store to have your printing jobs done and you have to wait for them to be printed while Office Max will have them ready when you arrive at the store.

In my opinion as a consumer I would rather shop the Office Max web page because of it's ease of use and also because it is laid out better with much better interfaces that the consumer can use with confidence knowing that they will not have a problem with navigating the web page.
