I am sure that much of what happened in World War II, not only to Jews of

course, But also to Germans and other nationalities from all over Europe who

experienced the war and its aftermath in their own country, is still influencing the

psyche and the politics of millions of people, even of the younger generations, who

are not really conscious on a first-hand basis of what actually took place, World War

II impact on the international order is profound. It ended the Europe has been the

center of the international political history, today, once again reliving World War II

History draws us a lesson that to be better preserve today's and tomorrow's

world peace for the common humanity should face the global challenges and threats

and start working together. Cooperation for peace today is the significance of the

commemoration of World War II. World War II history tells us that only cooperation

can stop the war, the tragedy will not repeat itself, Only cooperation can establish a

fair and rational new international order.

As we all know, this war is the bloodiest war in the world history, decide the

fate of mankind in this big battle of life and death, a total of more than 60 countries

and regions were involved and affected 2.0 billion population(of the world's

population was 80 percent).

This is the 63th anniversary of the victory of the world anti-fascist war . A historical

event or period in history has experienced 63 years of time span, it should be said that

it has become its literal meaning "history". However, although the 2nd World

war has been over the past 63 years, but not in Europe, not in the world, becomes a

"history" rather than the early post-war period, the 1960s in 20th century and

1970s has more practical significance.

Europe has not forgotten it, because the consequences of World War II are

still affecting The international situation, all the country's international reputation, and

its international status as the world's family of nations and their character. The

understanding to the war reflects one nation's moral standards. German

former chancellor Schroeder in the Buchenwald Concentration camp 3 years ago to

commemorate 60th anniversary of the liberation, said that "the Memories of the Nazi

crimes and the Holocaust to the Jews has become a part of German characteristic"

(Wang 223). In other words, the German people of today should always remember

"1933 - 1945", this 12 years in history, was not only confine to German.

People can not help but recollect to World War II, the more important is it

should have no such unprecedented scale war in the future, but it is also a moral issue

in human history. Hitler set on the history of almost all evil action,

brazenly pursuing its goal of genocide, the brutal measures of massacres,

which are beyond the imagination for the people, An American sociologist Arendt at the

Nuremberg trials in 1946 had written a very meaningful motto: "Hang

Goring cause it is necessary, but it is entirely inappropriate", and it is said that with all the

contrast of crime, this guilt itself beyonds all the rule of law. "60 years after

the war, especially in recent years, there grows a serious problem, how will all this, how

could it happened, Hitler is evil, but how would a person destroyed the ancient Greece, the source

of European civilization.

The reason why people can not forget World War II, not only because of the causes of

World War II, but also every country, everyone's position in the war and their summary and

Reflection, from a global perspective is far from the end, in some countries, to put it more

seriously, has just begun. Germany, for example, Europe and the world have now recognized it was

known the"world champion"of the reflection of its crimes , but even Germany, during

The post-war decades, through a huge efforts of several generations of people, to reach this

level of awareness today. In that, the pressure of the international environment

also plays a role that also should not be overlooked. Let's imagine, The German who put Adolf

Hitler's National Socialist Workers Party to the top stage of German with 37% votes, The German

Who enjoyed the property of Jews that Hiitler deprived, The German who greeted the arrival of

Hitler on 1936's Olympic Games in Berlin, how can they accept the guilty and a spirit of

repentance baptism in just "one night"?

Germany has experienced a long "learning process" to finally have the awareness

Today.

And the review of "The Third Reich" after war should be divided into four
