Age is something that everybody has to deal with sooner or later in life. Some people may even take certain steps from preventing old age by dieting and taking pills. The truth is that pills and diets don't work. What is very helpful is taking care of what u already have by exercising, such as walking and actually making love. Another is not by dieting, but eat what's healthy for you and taking the right type of pills that don't make you younger but maintains the health that you already have.
There are so many pills out today that talk of getting younger and the industry grows more and more each month with new studies and annual meetings. The thing is that none of these pills do what they say they do. "Antiaging medicine is nothing new" says Dr. Weil. If you do fall for these medicines just make sure that they are not more harmful than helpful. Research and get second opinions from doctors and people in the field. Also be warned of the promises that these medicines gives, and don't be surprised if you get lied to. Most good herbal medicines that you do need are in foods and are all natural.
Always keep up to date with your health status. A good way is to get regular check ups at the doctor. Another good way is get a screen testing and diagnostics to make sure all of you is in tact. Good prevention is also good. Realize that as your body gets older you wont be able to do the things that you did in your early years. Know how to evaluate your behavior, know when its not right for you lift weights and do crazy stunts that you used to do as a kid and your now 54.
Diets are what Weils calls Anti-inflammatory. A good way to stay healthy is to make sure you have natural supplements. Things such as vitamins and minerals work relly well with your carbs and fiber.
