GLOBAL WARMING AND RECESSION

To understand the problems of global warming and recession, we must be able to understand what they mean.

What is global warming?

Global warming is a major issue in our world today. Measurable increases in the average temperature of Earth’s atmosphere, oceans, and landmasses. Scientists believe Earth is currently facing a period of rapid warming brought on by rising levels of heat-trapping gases, known as greenhouse gases, in the atmosphere.

What is Recession?

A period, shorter than a depression, during which there is a decline in economic trade and prosperity. It is a decline in economic activity within an economy, usually characterized by higher unemployment and less investment in new plants and equipment.

Global warming and recession have been going on over the ages. Global warming occurs as a result of man’s inability to take proper care of his home the earth over the ages. In recession, the standards of living for an economy decreases.  Global warming and recession can go hand- in –hand with each. They are also man-made and affect the economy of any country.

The economy impacts the way people prioritize the problem of climatic change is undisputable.  

Global warming and recession have been an international issue. Several steps and procedures have been taken so as reduce their effects in the global economy.  

CAUSES

The major cause global warming is air pollution. Air pollution is addition of harmful substances to the atmosphere resulting in damage to the environment, human health, and quality of life. Pollution is changing Earth’s atmosphere so that it lets in more harmful radiation from the sun.
