Habit: a recurrent, often unconscious pattern of behavior that is acquired through frequent reputation. Our habits make us who we are; some of our habits promote effectiveness better than others, and some are rather obvious while others are not so obvious. The best way to explain this ideology is to discuss my habits and there outcomes. Three of my most productive habits have been to relate tragic incidents in my life to a scripture, turn every situation into a competition, and to keep a good handle on things, make a to-do-list for all of my events. While all of these habits have proven to be productive in my life there is always room for improvement and recommendations. My productive habits are generally used only when I am in the middle of a crisis, and are given very little thought. These habits would surely prove to be more productive if I practiced them in every aspect of my life, not just in times of catastrophe. However, while most individuals prefer that their productive habits be exemplified throughout all of their lives, the habits that have proven to be idle still do surface. Three of my unproductive habits have been staying up late, procrastinating, and un-organization particularly around my house. These habits normally tend to produce bad outcomes such as incomplete, underperformed work, or having a hard time trying to find misplaced items. While it becomes extremely hard to break these habits, just as there is room for improvement and recommendations for your productive habits it is similar for your idle habits as well. The only difference with unproductive habits is that it is best to find resolutions that will break these appalling patterns of behavior that most often construct chaos in our lives.
