Team leadership refers to the process of leadership and subordinates to achieve organizational goals through change. Team leadership can be described as a combination of a series of actions that will motivate people to follow the leader to go, not simply to obey. Therefore, the team leadership is indeed an art

The Meaning of Leadership

        General Motors vice president Hogan Mark's description of the leader: "remember, it's the best plan that makes things happen, and if no one is going to do it, it doesn't make sense.". I try to make the most intelligent, the most creative people around me. My goal is always to be the best, the most talented people to create the working environment they want. If you honor people and keep your promise forever, you will be a leader, regardless of your position in the company."

Leadership is a process; a person influences the thought, attitude and behavior of others. Leaders have set a direction for our other people, they help us to see what is ahead, they help us to imagine what we can achieve; encourage us to encourage us, inspire us. If there is no leadership in the presence of human beings quickly degenerated into controversy and conflict, as we see things in different directions and tilt different solutions. Leadership helps us to work together in the same joint effort.

What do leaders do?

        Successful leaders are good at summing up experience, be good at learning, reading, and have a strong sense of mission. But it's a big mistake to think that only the leadership has leadership. As China's hundreds of people say that each person's leadership is not the same, but this is not the same as each other, we can not define, and even can not learn, only by constantly absorbing the experience of their predecessors, and constantly practice, to wake up the hearts of the sleeping. Thus, leadership is not a title, privilege, but a kind of ability.

Conflict is the most common problem between people and people, people in the situation that do not agree with each other's views and mutual opposition will appear conflict. In the workplace, the conflict is inevitable, because people cannot see the point of view of the problem is not entirely consistent. Therefore, as a leader, how to manage conflict, try to avoid the negative conflict, so as to promote the realization of enterprise work objectives, which is the important problem to be solved by the team leadership.

Team although efforts to form a partnership, but this do not mean that there are different views of the team. In fact, team conflict may occur at any time, some are dominant and some are recessive; some are constructive, and some are destructive; some are cognitive layer, some emotion; some may endanger the survival of enterprises, some may be worth mentioning. In the face of the enterprise core team in the conflict, as a business leader should be correct in the face of it, analyze it, solve it, so as to clear the team atmosphere, improve the overall performance of the team.

        There is a example of case, University of California scholars have done such an experiment: the 6 monkeys were closed in 3 empty houses, each of the two, a certain number of houses were placed in a certain amount of food, but the location is not the same height. The first house of the food on the ground, the second houses of the food were repeatedly from easy to difficult to hang on a different height, third houses of food hanging on the roof. A few days later, they found the first one of the houses of the monkey died, third houses of the two monkeys died, and only second of the two monkeys live a good life. Originally, the first house in the monkeys into a house saw the food, for the food at your fingertips, the results of a dead and another injured. Although the third house of the monkey did the work, but because of the food is too high, cannot be enough, to starve to death. Only the second houses of two monkeys rely on the ability to feed on.         According to this case we should know that using the mechanism to protect the implementation, with good people to do well. If the difficult position too low, reflecting a person's ability, irrational allocation of resources, it will lead to internal friction and even kill, as the first house in two monkeys; and the difficulty of the job is too large, although efforts cannot. The personnel were also buried to obliterate, like the three rooms in two monkeys. The only job difficulty is appropriate, and the establishment of grade examination mechanism, as the second house of food, in order to truly enhance.

How to use leadership

Leadership can not leave the leader, from the perspective of the leaders need to have three levels. The first level: need to believe that leadership is a kind of ability, need to have professional and skills. Second levels: the leader style, the enterprise in the different life cycle needs the leader's style is not the same, like the pioneering period of the leader's close power to be, sets up the diligent example. And the management is more appropriate, if the management model of large enterprises in accordance with the management mode, not conducive to the development of enterprises, and even will become obstacles; in the maturity of the need for authorization, need to fully believe the ability of team members to help them build confidence. Third levels: the leader's culture, this and the great leader is closer, the leader's request is higher. From the perspective of the future development of the company, I generally divided into three types: one is the natural death, two is listed, and the three is integrated. A lot of companies are the first case; the experience of 2-3 will be closed down. The survival of the company and the relevant leaders, they have four characteristics, namely: diligent, thrifty, relationship, luck. With the development and expansion of enterprises, the process will encounter bottlenecks, need to have a team building, management system, personnel system, etc., need to have a different background of personnel involved, better development of the company, to achieve the goal. As has just listed Alibaba, the original team is 18 people, and recently announced its partner to reach 27 people. Enterprises will form a set of their own systems, such as P&G, Coca-Cola, etc. These good systems will be better to play a better role in achieving the goal.
