Dear Director,
I recently read this touching story that I can tell will make an amazing movie. I have some suggestions on actors and actresses whom I believe will best fit the parts. Let me know what you think. You can contact me on my cell at any time.
I have made a script and these individuals are reviewing it as we speak.
Here is what the story is about.
A young brown female named Myra Saylas who is rejected at school and a girl named Helen whom has the power to bring a smile to her face by being a friend. Helen has a risky encounter with Myra one day because she is fearful of damaging her reputation, however they share a very innocent friendly conversation and walk to school. After which Myra never returns. The catch is the whole time this girl Helen that learned to be nice, and saw herself in Myra, almost regretted giving her this tin butterfly out of a Cracker Jack box, and the only reason for that was self interest. Myra never came back to school. She ended up in a hospital with Akemia or some type of crucial illness.. The teacher is an insensitive confused young woman, who chooses to celebrate Myra's birthday in the hospital for which it isn't her birthday until July. It was only to get self gratification and feel self worth even for the young girls. It was not true caring. Helen felt bad the whole time and even guilty, for she knew what she had thought was selfish and more damaging to her reputation in the long run, than not being Myra's friend at all. She was the only one who actually realized something special.
The following are the main characters with their characteristics and suggested actors and actresses:
Helen: Guilt stricken, very conceded , concerned with her reputation, lies to keep a polite conversation, has a sense of kindness and compassion, scared to be an outcast, afraid to be different, could have been a good friend but worried about what others would think, changes in the end. PLAYED BY: An Eleven year old Angelina Jolie. She plays a very crude secretive young women in "The Smiths" with Brad Pitt. She is conceded and has her own secretes, like Helen. She worries about her reputation, or so it appears that way even though it might not be that in her own life. This can be how the character Helen hides her true feelings about Myra to protect her from being an outcast. Angelina also plays with danger as does the role Helen in the story. The danger of being found out, that she was actually a nice girl and had a heart.
Myra Saylas: Withdrawn unnoticed outcasted teased, family had a fruit store, scared and solemn, immune to treachery. PLAYED BY: An eleven year old Demi Moore. No one else would be able to play the part as well.
She usually is able to adapt well to her scripts needs. She has been battered and bruised in "GI Jane." Just like Myra in the story, emotionally. She has always seemed strong in her movies as the role of her character demands, but in this one she will be weak. Another thing I took note of was she in most movies she has been in she hasn't really been a popular girl, quit the opposite. A stripper in "Strip Tease" for example, she was troubled. I think this role is important and Demi Moore could
