A historian’s job is to present and note important or sometimes unimportant events in
history, in order to preserve our connection to the past a historian should inform and present information in the most objective manner possible. Historians can and should present history in an unbiased manner, they must also choose what to perform their important job on by searching for subjects with long term importance. So as a Historian your biggest challenge at hand is keeping all your information credible, so result sources may well just be the hardest part about being a historian. I worked my way through this issue by filtering out most discrediting websites by using only .gov or .edu sites, the next step would be to painstakingly go through many a website looking for bias or possible fake statistics. Though most of this issue could have been sidestepped through the use of historical texts. A second major issue I encountered within my historianic endeavors was, fluff lots of fluff, there were many articles in which there was no pertinent information on the topic and would just waste my time.
