"Better Sex"
The advertisement I have chosen comes from the September issue of Men's Fitness. The ad is called "Better Sex". Better Sex is a series of movies for couples to buy to teach them better sex techniques. Men's Fitness is a magazine about working out. It has nothing to do with sex. So I don't see why they would put this advertisement in this magazine. This magazine's target audience is males between the ages of fourteen to thirty years old. The first thing you notice about the ad is a man and a woman. They are both almost naked. The woman is in white lingerie, and the man is in boxers. The man has his arms around the woman touching her lower back. He is kissing her on the left side of her neck. The woman has her back arched with her breasts rubbing the man's chest. Her head is tilted straight backwards. The eyes are shut and her mouth is wide open. The expression on her face makes you think she is moaning and being pleasured by the man. The man has a great body. He is very lean and cut. He's not too muscular like most body builders. He looks like he works out and runs a lot. He has dark brown hair. The woman has very long blonde hair. Her body is also very nice. She probably works out quite a bit too. The shadows bring out all of the muscles in both of them. The background in the ad isn't in focus so it draws all of the attention to the man and the woman. On the left side of the ad it describes the Better Sex videos. The print is very small though. This company puts important phrases in bold letters so that they stand out. Some of the phrases are; "Great Lovers Are Made, Not Born," "2 Free Videos," "100% Satisfaction", and "Making love is an art." So the company makes everything bold that they want you to read. The bottom of the ad is an order form for the movies.
