Are happier lawyers on the horizon as the new generation is graduating?
Lawyers are your friends when you need them right? But many Americans say that American will be better off with less lawyers. Americans also think that lawyers are too expensive. The average good lawyer cost about $200 to $400 an hour! That is normal if you want to win your case. As time goes on the number of students applying to law school are decreasing, because they cannot find the jobs for that degree. As a result of that’s why lawyers cost so much money as the American people say.
The three words that come to mind when the word lawyer is said is litigation, economic stagnation and bureaucracy. Litigation is to make the subject of a law suit. Economic stagnation is high employment. Bureaucracy is the body of officials and administrators, especially of a government or government department. Lawyers are looked upon as the people that want all the money you have in order for them to win the case. But the expensive of lawyers doesn’t come from them trying to take all the people’s money. It’s from the debt and what the firm asks them to get payed for a certain amount of money.
Technology is catching up to lawyers. Reasons why being is that as emails are being sent or you are listening to a voicemail from one of your clients. At firm’s secretary’s would be less used because of the new technology that is being created. Every new laptop or iPhone that is created will be catching up to a job in a law profession
