Assisted Suicide
In 46 states, if a person is diagnosed with a terminal illness, they have no choice but to suffer through until their illness ends their life. In the other 4 states, patients have a choice. If they decide they do not want to suffer though their illness, they have the choice to end their life on their terms. These patients have the option to be prescribed a dose of a drug that will painlessly end their life when they are ready to die, instead of suffering and letting the illness take their life. However, many people see this practice to be unethical and wrong
Every person should have the right to do whatever they choose with their life, even if that includes ending it.
