Marketing Plan

Public Relations

        As for our public relation view and strategies we will start by informing the community of our services, both the public community and the target charity service community. By doing this they will be more inform and ready of our services thus making sure that the services proceed without a hitch. This will also allowed us to launch more than one events, by doing more community event we will be making sure that both the advertisement campaign and services get more chances to be improve and the community would enjoy our service more and had more to be in our event.

        While conversing with both community we will express our sincerity and responsibility so that there's no lies and fraud in our services thus making sure that our services will be trusted by both community. Any trouble and hitch would be share and solved by the management and the community. Moreover, we will be joining the Matta Fair to further advertising our campaign and attract more volunteer. In the Matta fair we will share our point of view in the previous campaign by showing the visitors pictures, videos and the documentaries of our journey. We will also be providing the document and flyers needed for the fair and the visitors.

Billboards & Flyers:

        We will also be using both billboards and flyers to further advertising our campaign. The flyers will be send to target homes by using Pos Malaysia direct mails. The Pos Malaysia direct mail is useful to markets only to people and businesses that have a high probability of needing and/or wanting our service. Accurately targets prospects combined with the almost 100% readership means people will respond. The direct mail also lets us promote our business and services through the distribution of addressed and non-addressed mail at reasonable cost and it will reaches almost all corners of Malaysia.

        Other than that, we will also be placing the flyers in other businesses building such as supermarket, religious structure, governments building, charity organization buildings and many more, this will also give us a chance to collaborate with the target building into making a journey with their employees. Moreover, by placing and giving flyers in the targeted building we will make sure that the flyers will get through to many people especially in the supermarket which almost crowded with people every single days.

        We will also be using a billboards to grab the attention of peoples. The billboards will be place and rent at specific places to not only increase the chances of grabbing people's attention but will also reduce the cost of the advertisement. By using a creative billboard  design, we will also making sure that it will make people be more interested in our advertisement.

Print Media:

        In the print media we will be putting a higher leverage on the customer base so that we could focus more into getting new customer and making more to be interested into our services. By putting a higher leverage on the customer base, we will also gain more customers trust into our services and increase our marketing values exponentially by gaining more customers.
