1.) Well that's hard to say with out trying this system out or seeing it used first hand. From the reading it seems like it has been working very well for the Wachovia Bank, I would like to see it used in other company's to see how well it works with them. Its hard to say that something works great without seeing it used in more than on spot. So for the most part I would say yes.
2.) Wachovia Corporation is a diversified financial services company that provides a broad range of banking, asset management, wealth management, and corporate and investment banking products and services. With over 95,000 employees, assets $512 billion, avg. deposits $297 billion. Ranking they are the fourth largest bank in the united states based on assets. 3.) The quarterly coaching sessions are so that can see how their improving and what needs to be addressed. It makes for a better look on things are the end of the year. To answer the question is it enough? No its no because you don't get to see what going on a different sections of the year, you just get the end which could make a ton of problems.
4.) Yes, Having goal setting helps out in anything you do, you have something to shoot for. The levels of motivation should improve on wanting to reach the goal, plus the improved pay increases. The performance should improve with motivation the go pretty much hand in hand.
