Introduction/Company Description (Individual Section)
FastCart is an excellent user friendly online product that will assist with your grocery shopping needs. A new company on the East coast has surfaced, and with their offerings will likely corner the market. This company’s promise of fast delivery and fresh groceries will make it very convenient to have dinner on the table within hours of returning home from work or any other daily activities your busy life has brought about. Our services here at FastCart allows you to grocery shop at your convenience, and will delivery your groceries within a couple of hours. Some grocery products are perishable and therefore time-sensitive in terms of delivery (Cude and M. Morganosky, 2000). Here at FastCart we guarantee fresh and quality food delivered right to your front door. In the unlikely event that your food items are not up to par, we will either replace your merchandise the same day or if you prefer offer a refund with a discount on your next purchase. With crowded parking lots and long lines, grocery shopping can be a stressful and timely activity. Eliminate this stress and allow FastCart to service your grocery needs.
Mission Statement/ Goals
Our mission at FastCart is to simplify life through the offering of a quality service to consumers of all generations. The service will be able to serve shoppers, community and members by offering freedom and convenience. The service will allow customers to place their grocery orders online and have it delivered directly to their front door within 2 hours of purchase or less. The business will be guided by key core values which will ensure that we are passionate to meet our customer needs within the required time frame (Kerin, ha nu, 2013, pg 29). The core values of the company will mainly be guided by and will include but are not limited to: Integrity, Innovation, Passion, Responsibility and Teamwork.
Product Description (Individual Section)
FastCart was birthed out of the idea of helping busy consumers with an important part of their daily activity. The idea that for example, a working mom has to work long tiring hours and then grocery shop for her family the same day is the nucleus of our product. We would like to help the consumer, avoid long lines, crowded parking lots, food items that aren’t fresh and/or take the stress out of what can be a hectic and stressful activity. We will also offer coupons, price matching as well as rewards that can be used on future purchases. Our online services will in no time become be the best decision you’ve ever made. In addition, coming soon we will offer online personal shoppers to assist your needs even more. These online shoppers will consult with you and determine which products are needed monthly as opposed to weekly. They will then create a program (budget, grocery list, etc.) that will be sent to you at the beginning of the week via email or a text link per your preference, and will determine the best delivery date/time to service your needs.

Realistic: i.e. it is reasonable to obtain 3000 Facebook likes with 3 Facebook Ads
Time-bound: i.e. there is a 6-month deadline to achieve 3000 likes

Target Market
- Who are the customers that you are targeting?
- Why do they need your product?
- Describe your market research.

Marketing Program
- Use the 4 P’s of marketing to present a marketing program. Describe how you will promote your product or service: a) What are your product strategies that gets customers to recognize, trust, value and purchase your product; b) what are your distribution strategies to get your product to your customer; c) what are your promotional strategies to communicate with your customers, wholesalers, retailers; d) what are your pricing strategies?
