Housing Woes in U.S. Spread around Globe
This article is about the housing woes is not just in the U.S. its spreading around the Globe. The real estate prices are going up all over the globe in Irish countryside, Spanish coast, Baltic seaports, and northern India. This is happening all because of economic growth all around the world, its not just affect the homes also the jobs as well. These other countries housing markets that have gone up in the last decade is going to be in bad shape. Analysts predict that these countries are going to be far worse than the United States and eventually become wholesale collapse.
Some analyst’s say this is the U.S. fault that other countries housing market is bad. The world problems are a result of American contagion. Analyst worries that other county will be affect by the mortgage defaults and foreclosures that have afflicted California, Florida and other states. They feel this problem will not slow down in the untied states but it will get far worse in the other countries in Europe where properties well going fast have declined rapid. The problems in the U.S. are being transmitted to Europe,”
The stock market declines and gas prices are up so peoples money is tight and the not investing in property no more. That the facts on why their housing trouble are in the U.S. and affect other counties. But some worry that the housing meltdown could spoil Ireland’s recipe for success, it attracted lots of foreign workers, many of whom came for well-paying jobs in the construction industry. That fueled the Irish rental market, which has remained buoyant and been a source of income for Ireland’s many real estate speculators. So people are not going to Ireland to work and are going back home and this affect the rental market. So everybody in the world is going trough these problems and we don’t know when it will get back to normal.
