The idea is, to open a Figure- and Nutrition-Club especially for overweight women who would like to reach their desired weight with the effort of two or three times 30 minutes training each week within one year. In addition, nutritional coaching, beauty products, dietary supplements and special treatments are offered to support the weight reduction.

WomenCycle is supposed to become THE leading Figure- and Nutrition-Club in Graz with a guaranteed weight reduction for overweight women. Due to the limited number of members it is a privilege to be a Club Member. The WomenCycle concept consists of the three steps training, nutrition and figure-forming. This means, the relevant market are all overweight and adipose women who live in Graz and are aged between 30 and 65 years.

On closer examination the niche strategy seems to be ideal for WomenCycle, in order to be successful in the market. The core target markets for the location are the areas Innere Stadt, Gries, Eggenberg, Lend, Jakomini, Geidorf and Leonhard. This selection was also due to the fact, that in these areas are many companies with a high number of female employees.

In the course of the analysis of the financial situation, three different scenarios have been examined: normal case, best case and worst case.

In case of a successful market entry, on the basis of the market analysis and after the implementation of the marketing and sales concept, there is sufficient potential to reach the planned 200 members within the first year and to increase the number of the members to 250 in the third year.

Assuming an achieved profit withdrawal of EUR 35,000,00 as of the second business year, a minimum of 233 members are necessary, in order to reach a positive cash value at ten percent discount factor.
