Skanaus!
'Skanaus!' is a new medium - sized restaurant located in a West London. 'Skanaus!' emphasis will be on traditional Lithuanian food.
'Skanaus!' offers fun place to have great food in a Lithuanian environment. Chef Dalia has a large variety of recipes. 'Skanaus!' forecasts that the majority of purchases will be from the chef's recommendations. Customers will be provided with different unusual menu.
Personnel
Ina Tregolubovaite will be general manager and she will be responsible for all of the finance and accounting functions. Dalia will be chef and there will be chef assistant Lina. They both have 10 years of experience.
Most important to 'Skanaus!' is the financial success which will be achieved through strict financial controls. Additionally, success will be ensured by offering a high-quality service and extremely clean, non-greasy Lithuanian food with interesting twists.
The market and financial analyses indicate that with a start-up expenditure of Ј 77 000, Skanaus can generate Ј 200 000 in sales by year one, Ј 300 000 in sales by the end of year two and produce net profits of 7% on sales by the end of year three. Profitability will be reached by year two.
