Dear Retail Customers and Public Audience:
I am writing to you in regards to the retail store operations new store hours. In an effort to combat rising gas prices and save money on store operations, the new stores hours are changing.
Effective July 1, 2012, the new store hours are Monday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The stores are now closed on Sundays.
On a more positive note while the company has decided to change its hours for economic reasons no stores are closing but unfortunately no new stores are opening. The company wants their clients to know that while certain adjustments had to be made to accommodate its workers with the rising of gas prices and to save money on store operations the future of the store seems brighter.
In addition, the company assures that the quality of service and merchandise will not decrease, if anything the service and merchandise will exceed expectation. Lastly, we appreciate your time and support as we make this transition to our new store hours.
Yours truly,
Emily Rodriguez

Re: Changes in Retail Store Operations
New Store Hours of Operations
In an effort to combat rising gas prices and save money on store operations the company has decided to change its store hours of operation. The new store hours will become effective July 1, 2012.
The new store hours will consist of the store being closed on Sundays. On Monday through Friday the store hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Full-time employees including managers will work four 10-hour days a week. Part-time employees will consolidate their hours in 1, 2, or 3 day workweeks, depending on how many hours they are scheduled to work. The good news is that no stores are closing, but no new stores are opening.
To make the transition easier for our existing and potentially new customers letters are being mailed to retail customers and the public informing them of our new hours and an explanation as to why we are making the adjustment to our existing store hours of operations.
