Abstract
We are producing 3D Cardboard as our product. It is very uncommon in Bangladesh but it is very interesting product that’s why we selected this product. In this report we have tried to discuss about the industry overview of 3D Cardboard and we also talked about the current market situation of it in Bangladesh. We have collected the cost of the product from our different sources and try to analyze it. We showed all the cost of making the product in this report. Due to this procedure we try to use more realistic data in this project. We have also shown that all calculation of ABC costing, simple costing, preparing budget, prime cost, full cost, forecast data, material budget and also sensitivity analysis.

1. Background
The product which we are producing in Bangladesh is totally new. It's a cardboard 3D glass. We need a cardboard, a ribbon and two 3D Cardboard to make this product. We all know about 3D glass which is used to see 3D effects on television. Our product is something like that but there's a little difference and that is people have to use it on smart phone, not television. It is very easy to use. Basically, for this particular product we are targeting middle and high class consumer who have a minimum knowledge about technology. We do not have any competitor in our country, but we do have a competitor in China. So we are competing against China for our new products. And we tried our level best to give a better and unique product to our customer.
We have chosen this product because it's a new creation in the market and it will easily attract the maximum no. of teenager customer. Moreover, we are the one and only producer who are producing this unique product. As we don't have any local competitor in our country, we are expecting that we can easily grab the market. Also we have a competitive advantage and that is we are selling it a cheaper price with better quality than our international competitor China. Another reason behind choosing this product is, it is less cost and less time consuming to produce and we can have our business done via online-internet at a cheaper rate. Finally, through this product we will have a greater opportunity to gain the maximum no. of market share.
