Introduction
In case like that we have to analyzing and find the problem or the problems. And look the different causes carefully and resolve the situation with patience. Maybe this is the first job for Carl in this area and he don't' have the experience for do that alone. Carl need talk with Monica and ask alls his doubts and how to do that on time and fine.
When we can't do an assignment like that or we never do anything like that, without help. Carl doesn't have the experience required to do it very good, but doesn't an excuse to do it. He only have to ask with other people can help him and look the best form to complete lo solicitude for the Supervisor of Operations Department. When he looks for another's alternatives he completed with the required and he do it well.
Background
The company ABC Inc., need's peoples can work for them. And this people go to work for the Operations Department. Mr. Carl Robins is the recruiter for ABC, Inc., he only has six month in this company. And this is his first recruitment; he begins to search employee in May for the required department. Monica Carrolls is the supervisor in this department, and they need these persons ready to work for July. She required to Carl all stuff references for trainings and all documents required for this company. Why the companies need this information and trainings? Because in case of emergency or an accident they to be prepared for anything bad. Carl have start to recruit the candidates for this applications, because he has a dead line to do all stuff assign by Monica.
For the month May, Carl start to look into theirs files for each of new workers, when he sees in the file that the majority are not completed with the document requires; for examples; drug text, transcripts the manual for the training, etc.
In addition he look in too the calendar, because he need the conference room. But, Joe, IT Representative has reserve this room. Joe, have separated this room for computer training in June, the same dates like Carl, for the new employee. Carl has a serious problem, because he has to do this training and he doesn't have a room for do it. First he had to search a second alternative to resolve and start the training on time like Monica assign.
Key Problems
Carl doesn't understand how he has to do. When Monica talked to him and explains what she asks to him to do. This types of cases doesn't do it good, could affect the company. Because don't have an employee to do It this job good and reliable.
