- Came for assistance for a utility bill that he owed
- Was going to be shut off if payment was not received
- Also looking for help with budgeting and financial support
- Looking for help to find employment as well
- Qualifies for assistance and qualifies for Thanksgiving Distribution

- INTERVENTION
- Will meet with client once a week to discuss
- Will refer client to ready to work program
- Will get help writing a resume
- Being professional
- How to dress appropriately for an interview
- Interview practice
- Will also look into CCAC computer class
- Will also recommend life skills class where various topics such as budgeting are taught by outside individuals
- Can see if those teaching the class could sit down individually and give guidance along with myself to help Ms. Lovett successfully budget her funds.
- EXPECTED OUTCOMES
- I expect the client to want to attend life skills class at least once a week.
- Have the ability to budget her checkbook
- Will decide to attend the computer class and hopefully receive a diploma showing that she is Microsoft certified
- Get support from individuals on how to pay her bills on time
- EVALUATION
- I evaluated the client as being successful. Seemed excited to be involved in the computer class and hopes to find a job as a receptionist or may be able to be involved in the ready to work program.
