MOTIVATION CASE STUDY
Our chapter is the smallest on campus. It’s obvious during recruitment season and when we attend all-Greek events. It’s hard to get the chapter motivated during recruitment, because they don’t expect to do as well as everyone else (we never do) and it’s hard to get them to attend all-Greek events because we don’t make a great impression there, and we rarely place, much less win, in events because we just don’t have as many people.

How can we get this under control before it negatively impacts members’ academics and before members get so frustrated that they stop coming to events or quit?
