The second things that we do not agree about death sentencebecause in fact fromsome reasons has many mistake that a uthority’s done it. Fr example, they punish innocent people because lack of evidance and witnesess. A througrough reviews finds that death sentence opponents have lied, extensively, regarding the number of innocents sentenced to death, that such risk extra ordinarily low and that the cessation of executions will put many more innocents at risk ( http:// www.prodeath penalty.com/ innocence.htm). Another reasons what make innocent people got wrongful death penalty are :

• Eyewitness missidentification

(research shows that the human mind is not like tape recorder, instead witness memory like any other evidance n the crime scene it must preserved carefully and retried methodically or it can be contaminated).

• Unrealible or limited sources and science

( If evidance and lab test are mishandled it will lead to wrongful conviction).

• False confessions

( Innocent people make false confessions due to internal and external influences such as mental impairment, intoxication, misunderstanding, the situation or even fear of violence).

• Forensic Science Misconduct

( This kind of forensic result can mean the difference between life and deth so false testimony, exaggerated statistics and laboratory fraud can led to wrongful conviction).

• Government misconduct

( Most law enforcement officers and procedures are honest and trust worthy but criminal justice is a human endevor and the possibility for corruption exist)

• Bad lawyering

( The failure of overworked lawyer
