The Anti versus Federalist
"When a building is to be erected which is intended to stand for ages, the foundation should be firmly laid,"- (Brutus). When you compare the constitution to this its shows that we have to think about the future of the next generation. As the Anti-Federalist said that every person should be protected from the stronger enemy. And how when a person is accused of a crime they should not be prosecuted until he is fully acquainted with what they are charged for.
I personally favor the view of the Anti-Federalist for at least two reasons one would have to be the fact that they wanted to change for a much fairer constitution for all. The reason I like this is because it would not jump to conclusion right away, for say if a person commits a crime they will not be held guilty. Until the facts are all clear that they truly committed this crime. In addition after these many years that this was made it has not failed until something started to change in which was not beneficial for many criminals.
The second way I like the view of the Anti-Federalist is the way they thought that the weaker people should be protected from any threat and this also included all the colonies that fell under this constitution. Something also that the Anti-Federalist wanted that fell in this category is that in the Bill of Rights they really wanted the people to be able to preserve there natural rights. These are the two reasons I support the Anti-Federalist and mainly I think they are more of the good guys in this conflict because our country would not be like it is if they did not win this argument many years back.
