CHILD RIGHTS

The ones who have got the most clear and most cheerful smiles, the ones who steal our hearts with cute and innocent face , the ones who do not understand the anything but only the language of love, the ones though innocent but their innocents are being used, the ones who suffer from violence, the ones who are forced to work rather than given a chance to study. Yes! They are children – loving and caring who are deprived of their rights!

Every human in this planet has certain rights, rights which no one can away from them , rights which enable them to live happily and are in favour of the people. Children are those innocent , beautiful soul who have Right to Development , Right to survive, Right to participate etc. Everyone has rights to be born. But unfortunately in our country people kill the child even before  they are born because of their gender. Gender different is on of the major  factor for people to take away right from child. Many girls in our country are deprived from studying, as they are ‘girls’. Is this right? Who have given people rights to stop a child from getting education. Our country has started many programs for the benefit of girls to get free education.  Education is a fundamental right of every child who is between 6 and 14 years old. The act also states that until the completion of elementary education, no child shall be held back, expelled or required to pass a board examination.

Many people force small little kids to work in industries and stop them from going to schools. Kids working in the industries are prone to many diseases as they work for a long time , in an unhealthy environment and  are not given proper food also. Child labour is a crime, which should be ended. Child abuse one of the other problem faced by the innocent kids, children traffic all these should be stopped.
