Success is regarded as the most important part in oneЎЇs life. People always admire people who achieve wealth and fame, which are considered as the standard of success. For example, the manager of a large firm is frequently referred to as a successful one. So is well-know actors and actresses.
It seems that you are not successful unless your achievement is accepted. Many musicians lived poor lives and did not become known until decades after their death. People donЎЇt acknowledge their success when they were alive, which sounds so strange. Well, because of this, I shall define success as possessing outstanding achievements that are recognized by the public.
In this way, success turns out to be two parts: achieving your goal and making it accepted by society. The definition excludes some so-called experts who appear on TV everyday analyzing something and pretending to be erudite, for they do not actually make achievements that may contribute to society. And a writer wonЎЇt be successful if few people read about his works even if he writes to a Nobel-Prize level.
As for the way to success, obviously the first step is to set a clear goal and the plan to reach it. You should make up your mind trying your best to go after it. Circumstances, finance and companions all taken into consideration, you should add obstacles, accidents and your enemies to the plan as well. You need confidence, determination and persistence to build a bridge to success, and never be afraid of failures. Failures are unimportant matters, especially for us college students. What can we lose except our lives? Finally, teamwork also has an essential part to play in your way to success. Rome is not built in one day. Nor is it by one person.
ItЎЇs not over yet. If your achievements havenЎЇt drawn enough attention, the media may help.
Follow the instructions, and success
