1. INTRODUCTION

In business communication lesson we have learned about communication and gave an assignment. Through this assignment our team did a behavior research in business organization employees through questionnaire. We used MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and took survey from “Ulaanbaatar cinema” LLC. By doing this research, we get our practical experience and know how individual behavior affected in relationship.

1. Definition about communication

Most of the influenced business company’s success depends on small family business employees. Important thing about business communication is to have a main goal or purpose and it is required. That goal or the company purpose has to be worth it to themselves.

For self-conscious skills, the employee must have confidence, self-control, critical thinking skills and also skill that able to see others perspective, socializing skills. The main thing about satisfying or being comfortable in the office is to have a warm attitude. Our communication motives are different in every situations and environments. Depending on the situation we are changed by the people we encounter. The changes in conditions are included in our emotions and attitude that we create. It is simple to know the persons personality and tell how that person usually behave.

People must agree and learn that every person has different opinions. When you communicate with others, you must consider the area and think about how you should act. Business communications depend on the organizational structure: top to bottom, horizontal, bottom to top. Depending on the situation of communication, certain expectations of how we carry ourselves, how we dress and the discussion of topic are created.

Since 2003, Ulaanbaatar cinema, LLC has provided over one million people each year with access to culture and art through films. Tengis Movie Theatre, the first modern multiplex in Mongolia has turned around a corner toward a new phase of business. We have provided an activity for children and youth to engage in to pass the time in a clean environment, which includes various programs and services.

Since its establishment, Tengis movie theatre has showed over 250 Hollywood movies working with all major studios. 1. MBTI – Myers Briggs Type Indicator

The MBTI is used in many organizations to make people more effective. Type can be introduced into an organization to support many functions and situations including: managing others, development of leadership skills, conflict resolution, executive coaching, change management, and other more customized needs.
