I thought that talking about the Turkish states traditions on governance. Struggling with torturing , enlargement in freedom of opinions , new dimension on judging system and aboloshing the execution a number of reforms which are first places come to our mind. And also aggravating the municipalities services and strengthening the local governance inside the important improvings. The Constitution of the Republic of Turkey provides a guarantee for the right of every Turkish citizen to exercise the fundamental rights and freedoms set forth by the Constitution according to the requirements of equality and social justice, in order to lead a dignified life in a civilized and legal system as well as the right develop one's material and spiritual being towards this end. The clauses related to the restriction of fundamental rights and freedoms are also regulated in conformity with universal norms. The fundamental rights and freedoms may only be restricted in connection with the legal reasons stated in the Constitution, or by laws. The Constitution also stipulates that none of the fundamen-tal rights and freedoms embodied in the Constitution can be exercised with the aim of violating the indivisible integrity of the state with its territory and nation, and of destroying the secular and democratic Republic based on human rights. The fundamental rights and freedoms are also protected against the illegal interventions of the state. Everyone is equal before the law. There shall be no discrim-ination based on language, religion, denomination, race, skin colour, gender, political opinion, philosophical belief or similar reasons. No individual, family, group or class can be granted any privilege. Foreigners also have the same rights and freedoms on condition that the national integrity, terri-torial indivisibility, sovereignty and the independence of the Republic of Turkey is preserved. Turkey has also adopted the path of inter-national supervision with respect to human rights. Also we can say at the last decade lots of reforms to be realized in Turkey. Most od these reforms was regarding with the improve the citizenship rights of mionorities in accordance with the European Union charter. Nowadays all of the ethnic groups in Turkey could publish their newspapers and books or broadcast thier programs on thir own languages. Moreover than TRT( Turkish radio and television broadcast institution) leading with special programs which are taken with local languages to encourage these people.
