Coca-cola company is the global company which having more than 700,000 staffs in 200 countries. HMR is very important in every company. With the international companies, HMR is the essential part of organization to develop Coca-cola until now. However, development of Human Resources is the first step to develop in the future and this part make Coca-cola become to one of the biggest international companies on the world. In this age, every companies must have technology for developing but the thing influence on development of Coca-cola most is human. The Global company like Coca-cola can not create one policies or formalities for all offices or factories, local politicy and culture must be apply. They create the rules, demand, laws, culture, directive to fit everywhere they come to.
Coca-cola is one of the global industrial drinking companies. Every organization has their own strategies and policies to control their divisions and Coca-cola also has their strategies and policies in every countries. Coca-cola has their human resources department to set up work, job analysis, training, development, enrollment, choice, indemnify, insurance and staff welfare. Everythings are performed by Coca-cola’s strategies and policies.
Human is one of the physical assets in Coca-cola like the technology. Coca-cola always improve their strategies and policies to manage Physical assets, finance, knowledge of worker and internal establishment. Worker skills and experience is very important to control the technology and finance. Management in Coca-cola forcuses on selection and retaintion of knowledge and skillful employee to control their stand on the market. Their management strategies and policies let their emloyee develop and unite with their partner in every department. Every employee in Coca-cola is always ready for changing and effective working. It also ensure for employee to make they feel they are not be confuse by their opportunity to develop in the future. Every staff surely works at the suitable position in the company.

Human resources in Coca-cola control their staffs and get all the information about their staffs. With the information about behaviour, working performance, working backgroud and human obligation, Coca-cola company could control their capacity in manufacturing. Human resources office used these information for hiring, pay for damages, collection, training, assessable performance, relationship.
