The main purpose of the birth of this company is to provide transparent information to its customers. Housing.com will have to investage about sellers and then provide transparent information to buyers in order to win the trust of customer and it will help to retain customers for longer period of time.
- Increase the number of visiters/ customers and subscribers
Revenue of the company is generated from number of subscribers. Company should have to be serious in attracting more and more customers and subscribers. Quantity of customers and subscribers can be increased by doing more promotional activities like ads, campaigns, trade shows.
- Facilitate the customers
Customers are live of every business. It is important to satisfy and facilitate them rightly. Company should have to provide those facilities to custmers which can create easiness for them. Like company should have to classify the buyers in categories, so that the customers only open that category which is more suitable for him.
- Customization:
Customization means adaptation of the offer to a customer’s individual requirement. Company should have to customize its services in order to become differentiator at services. Company should have to make its website more user friendly so that even less educated people can understand each terms and condition.
