In order to have a team that is creative and innovative you must have a leader who has the ability to fulfill administrative functions, but who can also inspire and motivate the employees to strive for excellence, and at times facilitate meaningful changes in organizations. Next you will need a manager who has traditional administrative skills such as planning, helping to organize the work of each subordinate, and exerting control over their behavior. The leader is often the one who provides strategic direction and vision to the entire organization. A company should implement strategies for thinking "outside the box" according to the market structures with segmented preferences, and market that extend beyond national boundaries. Companies can mesh vision and goals by clearly articulate your vision and then set your goals to where you can achieve your vision. Characteristics of creative workers should possess assertiveness, unique creativity, and cooperation. The difference between leadership and management is leadership consists of organizing the work, obtaining resources for the group, providing encouragement to group members, and ultimately evaluating the group's output. Management is someone who makes sure the "trains run on time", and obtains compliance from his or her subordinates. A modern organization fosters the development of team learning by open and honest communication and through the utilization of members' skills and abilities. The concept of creative conflict within teamwork can help in approaching conflict management by allowing members to contribute openly and honestly to the team's decision making process while maintaining acceptance by team members and creating greater commitment. In order to deal with different people in the workplace, your organization will need to provide them with a common culture with clearly defined behavioral expectation.
