Contract Between (teenager) (I) and (parent) (you)

I will carry my phone with me at all times so we may be in contact with each other as needed.

I will ask permission to go places rather than informing you of what I am doing.

I will come home on time.

I will treat you and others with respect. That means refraining from calling names, making derogatory remarks or using a sarcastic tone.

I will complete all of my homework and classroom assignments on time.

I will not get in trouble for acting up at school, in or out of class.

I will pick up dog mess, take out trash and do dishes, each at least 2x per week.

I will put my clean clothes away rather than leaving them in the basket.

I will help with yard work whenever needed.

I will take responsibility for the maintenance of my motorcycle and the work areas involved. That includes not leaving tools, cleaning supplies, etc. out when I am done.

I will not lie.

I will not participate in sexual activity (skin to skin contact in any "danger zones") whether given or received.

I will not ingest alcohol, tobacco, or drugs and I will submit to random drug tests.

I will let you know when I think that I am (or one of my friends is) doing something destructive in their life so you may intervene if needed.

I will go to church every Wednesday and on weekends that I am home.

I realize that violation of any part of this agreement will result in one or more of the following consequences to be applied at your discretion:
