Introduce to product:

‘Cruiser Hero’ is the name of our cycle. These cycles will be able to running from one place to another than others, because we will use these cycles magnet chain which will helps to running quickly. It will have two seats and two paddles which can use two people and when both person paddling the cycle, it will go faster than others. We will use spike wheels in our cycles which will help to remain safe the passengers from any slip in the time of rain season. Besides safety for children we will use supporting wheel behind the cycle and we will use softer foam in our cycle’s seat which will give comfortable journey without any physical harassment.            

Reason for producing cycle:

Bangladesh is a huge populated country. It has 15 crore people but most of them want to come in the big cities in our country basically the Dhaka city. In a recent survey, we knew that 2700 people daily coming in the Dhaka city which create more critical situation for living easily. For living easily they have to need different facilities like transportation, education, job opportunities etc. But now among them transportation facility is important to communicate each other. But now we have not lot of public buses to provide this service, although we have some public buses but they have not providing their services properly that’s why most of the city dwellers are facing harassment in their daily life.

Behind to producing cycles we have some objectives- such as,

1. To solve traffic jam, we will produce cycles, because traffic jam is a major problem in our big cities mainly Dhaka city. Traffic jam restricts peoples to reach one place to another quickly. If we use cycle’s alternative to cars or buses then we can easily avoid this problem.
2. To solve sound pollution problem we can use cycles, because vehicles are creating vehement sound which affected on hearing.
3. To solve air pollution problem we can use cycles, all the vehicles are using gas or oils to running quickly from one place to another, but these vehicles are daily giving harmful black gases in our alfresco which create different diseases.

We think if city dwellers use our cycles then they could avoid these type of problem easily.

It is modern cycle factory. The total amount of space will be 1.5 acres and it will locate a suitable place where all the facilities are available.

1. Pro-active cycle factory is cycle factory which is designed to produce modern cycles for peoples specially city dwellers. It will produce lot of cycles in order that to protect the environment.

Pro-active cycle factory will be a partnership and modern cycle factory which designed to producing modern cycles for peoples. Our cycles name will be ‘Cruiser Hero’. These cycles will be more able to running quickly from one place to another than other because we use these cycles powerful magnet chain which will helps to running quickly. These magnet chain is very strong than ordinary chain which is not used by any factory. Besides we will use higher raw materials, more reliable or comfortable seats, spike wheels and supporting wheels. This supporting wheel will remain behind in the cycle and if the passenger faces any problem then he or she press the bottom. The supporting wheel will land the road. We have to need identify our strength, threats, weakness and opportunities. Because strength and opportunities will help to wide our business all over the country and even internationally, but threats and weakness will create restrict to running our business smoothly.

Behind to producing cycles we have some objectives like-

1. If our city dwellers use cycles then can able to avoid traffic jam problem.
2. To solve sound pollution we have t need use cycles.
3. Vehicles are creating harmful gases which create different diseases. To solve this problem we have to need use it.

We will produce different types of cycles for all aged people. For producing cycles we will set some skilled labors and we will set 100 distributors for distribute our products all over the country we will  produce 1000 cycles in the beginning year and after it we will increase our production level. For produce product, we will lease or hire land which will be located at a suitable place in order that producing, distributing and transporting our products easily one place to another. For financial support our total budget will be 12 crore taka. We will contribute 4 crore taka from owners and rest of the taka we will borrow from the bank. For advertisement we will use billboard, television or radio which will be passed information about our products.
