D.A.R.E.
In D.A.R.E. this year I have learned so much. When I first started D.A.R.E. I though I would hate it. But it turns out I love it. I like D.A.R.E. I learned a lot, but with my friends it's a lot more fun. We get along with our officer Deputy Oswald. She is so cool, and we have a lot of fun together.
At the beginning of D.A.R.E. we had our other officer, Officer White. But he is always at work so he never gets to come to see us. Deputy Oswald said she would hand cuff him and throw him in the back of her car, to get him to come to our graduation on January 15, 2008 at 6:00P.M.
D.A.R.E. means Define, Assess, Respond, and Evaluate. It also means Drug, Abuse, Resistance, and Education. We all should know not to do drugs.
Drugs can be very dangerous. Even if you are over the age 18 or 21, it can still be very bad for you. It can hurt every thing in your body. So you should not do drugs at all.
If your parents do drugs smoke, and you might think that's cool. It's not because you can get affected by it. If you think that just the person doing it can get hurt , you are wrong. So, I pledge not to drink inappropriately , smoke, take meth, or do any other kind of drugs. I will always keep my promise.
