Debreifing

In this class I learned that being part of a team could be successful and work in the classroom as well as at work. There are two assignments that we had to complete in this class that we had to depend on the rest of the team in order for us to complete. One of the assignments we had to show examples of ethics in the workplace. The approach we to in doing this assignment was to have each member on the team to come up with different situations were ethics were involved in the workplace. Once we came up with the situation we where to use we then decided to break the project into four different parts. By separating the paper up into these separated parts we made sure that each member had an equal opportunity to have some input on our paper. When each member gave his or her input on the paper we then had four different outlooks on two different situations, which helped with the outcome of the final product.

Teamwork is a key element in order to be successful in order for a team to perform its task to the best of its ability. This learning team had to use teamwork in order to complete its duties. Each member of the team should be an equal member and have equal input. The reason I say that each member should have equal input is because I believe that in order for the team to be a success every member must give in some form or another his or her talent for the good of the group. When it comes to teamwork I believe that my learning team could be used as an example of great teamwork. The team had to come up with a time to have their individual part of the assignment done at a certain time in order to be put with the rest of the groups work. Each member not only did his or her part but also had it done ahead of the projected time. Allowing more time for any extra touches we my have wanted to add on. Also, given the proofreaders more time to make sure everything was correct on the paper. No team member was belittled when it can to his or her ideas on what we should use as the topic for the paper. When someone had and idea only positive feedback was give to that particular persons ideas.

Communication was another element that this team use as a tool to complete this assignment. Each member of the
