Delegation

The professional world is a very diverse form of organization and precision. Without company confidence, company respect cannot be achieved. Success is the key to productive company but it is the steps that each company takes that can make or break the life of their company. Most companies are striving to stay ahead of the technology curve while others are just simply trying to meet the demands of their current prospects. Within each organization there is a median of control. Without control there would be no function. This control can be achieved in many different ways and the most efficient way is of course delegation. Delegation can be complicated or it can be very simple. This all depends on the process of delegation and how it is enforced within the company and within the employee population as a whole. The "span of control", plays a very vital part in the process of delegation. It has become very apparent that control is key in regards to delegation. Without control there is a sense of chaos that can be very detrimental to the success of the business. Delegation is a very common term within the company that I currently work for. My company has worked very hard in order to prefect a delegation process that has proven to work for the better of the company and the employees.

Planning

Within the company that I am employed at there is a large amount of planning that is involved in every project that we choose to undertake. This planning requires dedication and persistence in order to achieve a well thought out and productive plan of action. Within this process of planning, delegation comes into play. In order to finish any project there must be a delegated plan that enables each employee to know and understand his or her specific duties in order to get the job done. In my company planning is the foundation to our success and the plan that we have delegated has become the glue that holds our project together when times become confusing or unwilling. Delegation allows employers to give specific jobs t employees in order to form a whole in the end. Delegation is the definition to team work, in many cases when it is obvious that each employee must work together in order to make a better and more unique product. In the process of delegation, planning is the first step to a productive form of teamwork and company satisfaction.

Organization ,Leading and Controlling

There are many forms of delegation and there are many ways to delegate in order to be productive in a more consistent manner. Organization is very important in the delegation process mainly because it allows for an overview of the delegation at hand. Organization allows managers and or supervisors to organize a collective group that can be trusted to handle certain affairs. Delegation requires constancy and dependability. Organization can be used more efficiently in delegation by assigning certain tasks and keeping record of important delegation issues that could later be used. Organization needs to be much more connected to delegation simply because it provides a guideline that can encourage employees better understand how delegation effects the personally within the company. Leading is of course the most common use of delegation and it the backbone to the survival of company delegation. Leadership allows for a strong foundation that delegation can stand on and be prosperous. Delegation requires the sense of leadership within an organization because it creates boundaries for the staff. Without boundaries the employees and the company will have no form a standard delegation and in turn there will no substantial productivity. Leadership can be improved within delegation by setting rules for supervision and by keeping leadership t a fair
