Having examined the attached information for Bidders and specifications and having visited the site and examined all the conditions affecting the work, we agree for the fixed sum stated below to supply all the necessary labor, materials, equipment and services required for the execution and completion of the work in accordance with the specifications.

Quotation date:  31 May 2014.

A)  Period of completion: 90 days – from the dates of work commencement as per agreed terms with the land lord/owner of the property.

CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS

RE: DEMOLITION OF BUILDING LOCATED AT G. MAKHMAA GE, FAASHANAAKILEGE MAGU, MALE’ / MALDIVES.

1.  Structure to Be Demolished

1.1  G. MAKHMAA GE, FAASHANAAKILEGE MAGU, MALE’

4 storey concrete building (with approximately 1870 sq. ft.), siding, concrete structure, concrete foundation.

Lot Coverage: Approximately 1870 sq. ft.                                                                        

1.1.1  Scope of Work

The work includes:

1.1.1.1  Following the applicable rules and guidelines of the Health & Safety and Government regulations the complete demolition of the 4 storey structure.

1.1.1.2  The removal of all  debris from the site to an approved waste disposal site.

1.1.1.3  Safety blockings, nettings and any other safety requirement measures. Including the residents next to the premises.

2.  Disposal of Material

The Contractor shall dispose of all material at an approved landfill site.

The Contractor shall be responsible for making all necessary arrangements accordance with the City Council / Any other government guideline.

3.  Solid Waste Source Separation

As per Male’ city council waste management regulations Thilafushi site will be used for the disposal of materials, debris, etc.
