On November 22, 1963, one of the most controversial assassinations happened to one of the greatest leaders in America, by Jack Ruby's mafia, with the assistance of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) that committed the act of treason, in the murder of John Fitzgerald Kennedy (JFK). There is hard evidence supporting the cover up and scandal involved with his assassination. Due to the confiscation of films and evidence, the citizens of the United States must only know what they are told by the government. The CIA was associated with the mafia and arranged the assassination of John F. Kennedy.

At 12:30 P.M., JFK's convertible drove past the Texas Bookstore Depository and onto Elm Street, where to the right was the grassy knoll. In that same spot, the grassy knoll, Abraham Zapruder had his 8mm camera, recording an event that would drastically change history (Fertzer 65-72). The first shot missed the convertible completely. The second shot hit the President in the upper right back and exited through his neck, continuing on to Governor Connelly's back, through his chest, and hitting his wrist upon exiting. The third shot struck JFK in the head killing him instantly. At 1:50 P.M. Lee Harvey Oswald was taken into custody after resisting arrest and killing officer J.D. Tippit (North 235-243).

The most detailed and focused evidence of the President at the time of the assassination is the Zapruder film. This historical film captures each shot fired upon JFK and Governor Connelly. Immediately following the assassination, Zapruder was forced by Dallas secret services to have three copies of the film made. Two copies were released to Dallas secret services, and then forwarded to secret service investigators in Washington. The third copy, Zapruder and his assistant Sitzman Waltz, sold to Life Magazine for one hundred fifty thousand dollars ("John Kennedy" 1). There are justifiable claims that the original Zapruder film was altered by an outside source. Images taken at the time of the assassination contradict what the Zapruder film shows. Life Magazine's photographer Frank Cancellare was also present at the grassy knoll during the time of the assassination. He captured a picture of the motorcade leaving Elm Street right after the third shot was fired. When enlarged, Cancellare's picture clearly shows a man in the back of a pick-up truck on Commerce Street, directly east of Elm Street. In this picture it shows a man sitting in the back of the bed with some sort of cargo in his hands. Compared to the Zapruder film the man has "disappeared", showing the bed to be covered (Reitzes 51-54). Other controversial evidence questions whether Zapruder was even able to film the assassination. Five other pictures taken at different times show, Sitzman Waltz standing directly in front of Zapruder's line of sight to the Presidential convertible during the time of the assassination (Fertzer 110). This type of evidence raises the question that the Zapruder film itself is a hoax, or has been altered to conceal evidence from the American public eyes.

Immediately following the shootings, JFK was rushed to Parkland Hospital where he was placed in trauma room number one. The doctors began to frantically operate on JFK, but the wounds were too great. He was pronounced dead at 1:38 P.M. (McNarght 1). At 2:00 P.M. secret service agents threatened doctors and forcefully remove the body of JFK onto Air Force One. Texas had legal jurisdiction over the body of JFK because the murder took place in Texas, but the secret service illegally transferred his body to Air Force One. After Air Force One landed, the body was transferred to Bethesda Naval Hospital for an autopsy. It was concluded that JFK suffered from two wounds; one to his head measuring 5.5cm wide and the other which entered his back and out the front of his throat. This evidence also coincided with the Warren Commission and supported the facts of a one-person shooter, Lee Harvey Oswald (Reitzes 78-85).

"The autopsy showed that the bullet went through JFK's back out his neck and curved in mid path to hit Governor Connelly's back" (Jennings 1). This "single bullet theory" is a highly improbable path for the bullet to strike from the angle at which Lee Harvey Oswald was positioned. The bullet was recovered in trauma room number two, where Connelly was relocated after the shooting. Connelly rolled onto the examination table where the bullet dropped out of his leg. The official Warren Commission's report claims that the bullet had no blood, no human matter, no pieces of clothing, and only lost 1.5% of its original weight (Scott 177-178).

The revealing of the assassination conspiracy begins with the simple question of why did Lee Harvey Oswald kill the President? The answer is unknown to the Warren Commission. Oswald was an ex-Marine and known for a disturbing uneasy temper. He was trained to become an expert marksmen and he attempted to kill his own general. He was a known Marxist, an advocator of communism, who supported Fidel Castro's movement in Cuba (Reitzes 25). It is evident that JFK's movements to eliminate Fidel Castro as a Cuban dictator angered Oswald. Oswald needed a "little push" to convince him to kill JFK. This motivation came from the mafia.

Unlike Oswald, the Cuban mafia was angered with Fidel Castro. The Cuban mafia held billions of dollars from gambling, drugs, prostitution, etc (Fertzer 205). Castro seized this money in 1959, and put it in his own personnel pocket (Scott 178). The major break through occurred with the Bay of Pigs Operation. The CIA, under the direction of David Atlee, was able to form an army to rebel against Castro. This rebel army was made
