DISTRIBUTED PORTAL FOR TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

1. Abstract:

        The Focus on this particular project is to be publishing a distributed web portal for the Fresher’s. This system would provide benefit in recruitment for a company by which jobseekers would be able to enroll themselves for a unique ID and apply for a desired job position in that company.

        We will also prepare an online training module for the company that will help the new and existing employees learn online.

           Finally we will design a system which will give the employees related tests to check their knowledge about the training they have taken. The system will have options for the trainer to get the scores achieved by employees and analyze the same to judge who did the best in a particular test.

        These are following tasks that are going to be implemented in the period of development; whole process is to be going to be integrated and evolutionary.

3. Training for the recruits would be more effective & periodically updating.
4. It provides flexible & faster searching indexing feature for the maintenance team.
5. Score card for tests will help the trainer to identify the best candidates.
