Subject: Mandatory attendance on workshop

Hello all,

I got an opportunity to introduce you with practical learning by attending a WORKSHOP on “Career Planning, CV Writing, and Interviewing” skills. To avail this opportunity, I have decided to give you project work on this workshop. Each of you must attend this daylong seminar and will learn the unlearned. Each group will write a report (10 to 15 pages) on this workshop and will submit me by fifth of December.

Participation in this seminar is MANDATORY. This will be treated as a part of your group project. During Workshop: Emphasize much on learning from the discussions.

Good luck to your work. Good luck to your learning.

Subject: Your assigned report on workshop

Dear Sir,

Here is the report, you assigned as group work on workshop, which held on 10-11-2007.

You will be happy to know that we (all the members) have attended the daylong Workshop for both, learning different CV writing, Career Planning, and Interview Skills and of course for our report.

We have tried to found out the limitations and scope for improvement of the workshop, bearing in mind, its (workshop) effectiveness in our practical learning and implication in our career as well. As resource, our presence, a survey and tasks given were the main tools. Every effort has been given to extract the insights of this proactive workshop. Therefore, we believe that you will be satisfied with our findings mentioned in this report, which will apparently fulfill your objective.

Sincerely,

Members of RISING Group
