Ð'* General labor employees, who take care of Melange's operations, generally have a low switching cost within this market because of high saturation which creates many opportunities, yet we will increase employee loyalty in our specific organization by showing them that they are a valuable asset; for they are our main source of customer feedback.

Ð'* An up-side of the low switching costs of employees in this market, and the large number of people able to work within this field in NYC, is that there is an enormous pool from which we may select appropriate workers to fulfill our various needs.

Ð'* They are encouraged to compete constructively with one another in satisfying customers through rewards such as tips, which will also be recognized internally within the organization through rewards, such as increased autonomy to make decisions in satisfying customers.

Ð'* America's career Info Net lists nearly all of our offered employment positions within the top fastest growing careers: advertising, marketing, promotions, public relations with a 27% increase from 1998 to 2008; hosts and hostesses with a 19% increase; dancers with a 16% increase; general managers and executives with a 16% increase; human resource managers with a 16% increase; financial managers with a 11% increase; waitpersons with a 14% increase; bar helpers with a 5% increase; bartenders with a 3% increase. Also, overall, these positions account for about 500,000 of the 7,000,000 total non-farm current employees stated by New York State Dept. of Labor.
