Examine carefully the methods that your chosen poets have used to convey their feelings of love and loss.

The poems I examined are the following:

First love by John Clare

How Do I Love Thee? By Elizabeth Barret Browning

A Birthday by Christina Rossetti

When We Two Parted by Lord Byron

Remember by Christina Rossetti

Villegiature by Edith Nesbit

A Woman to Her Lover by Christina Walsh

My Last Duchess by Robert Browning

La Belle Dame Sans Merci by John Keats
