What would be the major elements in the SWOTT of Trinezza?

Trinezza's product the Cynta is a major strength because it has a superior engine due to the advanced technology. Combined with excellent suspension and transmission system it has a considerable advantage over the scooters currently available in the Sentonian Market. The product superior design and quality is one of Trinezza's key strengths.

However, weakness such as lack of international experience cannot be ignored. Out of the three CEOs, only Jo Ann has international experience, which puts the company in a weak spot when preparing to enter a foreign market. Furthermore, the Cynta is a well-known two-wheeler in the U.S. but is not an established brand so the consumers may not automatically trust it. Because Sentonia is a developing country, the consumers are more frugal; with their spending and priced 400 more than the domestic models the Cynta will lose some of the competitive edge in the market place. Lastly, a key weakness for Trinezza is the lack of investors and financial resources associated. The lack of financial resources is a key weakness for the organization. Trinezza will have to consider the limitations of being able to obtain the proper financing in order to enter the Sentonia will be crucial.

Amidst the weakness, opportunities for Trinezza manage to shine bright. The key opportunity is lack of foreign competition in Sentonia. If Trinezza could use the Cynta to penetrate the two-wheeler market, they will be golden because they will have many first mover advantages. Trinezza would be able to establish its product and brand with the local customers. Any other company the followed would incur switching costs while Trinezza gained the lead on the know how of the local market. The growing middle class is a definite business opportunity for Trinezza because they are the real drivers of the growing GDP and represent a large pool of potential consumers.

One of the most important factors in a SWOTT analysis is threat. The restrictive government policies will prevent Trinezza from entering the Sentonia market as a wholly owned subsidiary or a majority in a joint venture. Hence, the government policies are viewed as a threat of the external environment. In addition to the restrictive government policies, local competitors are a major threat to the success of the Cynta.
