Cracker Barrel

Food is a very important part of everyone’s day and a way people can come together. So when it comes to eating at a restaurant, we expect nothing but the best. One can have a really terrible experience, or one will have an amazing experience that we can recommend to many. In the restaurant business, the customer is always right so the restaurants goal is to try to satisfy you. If customers are happy, they will come back again and maybe even bring more people with them. The Cracker Barrel restaurant will not disappoint. The overall experience there is amazing. With their cleanliness, polite service, inviting atmosphere, savory food, and affordable prices, it doesn’t get better than Cracker Barrel.

Eating a tasty dish but seeing an unclean environment is a big disappointment when eating out. I was a waitress, so I know how it can be hard to clean and serve all while keeping a smile on your face. Cracker Barrel opens bright and early at 6 in the morning, but they do a good job at keeping the place clean. The wooden tables are never sticky with syrup considering they always serve breakfast food. After one table is finished, customers immediately see someone clean the table. They never want to look around and see a dirty table. The floor is swept on a constant basis, so they keep up their clean finish. I feel a clean area can reflect the establishment and their reputation. Most people complain about cleanliness more than they compliment so a restaurant should stay on top of this.

Another important quality about Cracker Barrel is their excellent service. Everyone from the manager and the waitress to the cashier is very polite. As soon as customers walk in, they are greeted with a smile, and they are treated with kindness. There have been times I have had to wait a while because the restaurant was quite busy, but the hostess continued to check on me and keep me in loop. If I must wait on a table, I just do not want to feel like I have been forgotten. I believe it can be as simple as a smile to be a good waitress. Many times I have eaten out but the waitress did not have a pleasant attitude.
