Evernote - Buyer and Consumer Behavior

Today, I would like to introduce a free application, it’s named “Evernote”, because this is useful in the workplace to improve the efficiency and productivity of the users.

Evernote can use for many ways, it have simply interface and stable remote storage function, it is not only record words file, also can record a webpage, photos, voice message, hand write notes or insert attachments. Evernote have 2 servers, international user is support by United States server and China user is support by China server, as Evernote consider of the users habit, such as China users will have sina weibo or wechat function.  

Evernote have a files sharing function, it can share all type of files to other users which Evernote is support of ( for example, PDF files, photos, doc., voice message etc). You can use Evernote through Android, IOS, Window Phone, PC, Mac and the web.

Evernote function seems like our second brain, it can record not only limit to our job, also can record our daily routine, if a company use Evernote to record their information, users can create file to save different type of documents to Evernote server. I understand that some companies usually use different kind of application to record different data, seems Human Resource department will use system A to record the staffs information, Purchasing department will use system B to record their purchase records, but Evernote can group them together, it can help the company to save the budget. While users connect internet, Evernote allow multiple users access and edit their notes, if there have some high privacy data, also can set a passcode to keep private, only allow the management to reach, so that management team do not need to maintain many systems, they only need one application then they can know all about the company data.

Above I have already introduce that Evernote do not only can record words file, also can record by many ways, such as sometimes when we use the browser, we can use cut the page which we want to keep note and save to Evernote. Evernote support email service, we can enter our email username and password to login in Evernote, when we use Evernote to read the email, if there have any useful information, we can move the note to Evernote.  It can use on different ways, while you are out of office, you can still use Evernote to check the data on mobile app.  For the multinational corporation, Evernote is very useful for them, because of the sharing function, when they need to update some different data, they only access the internet, they can get the information ( such as meeting schedule, project process etc). Sometimes, we will miss out the arrangement, Evernote provide a alarm function, you can set the alarm to remind yourself to attend the meeting or the project deadline. The most efficient service I think can improve the productivity is the live chat function, when user using Evernote and find there have some of misunderstanding that they need to verify with other, they use the live chat function to share the data and contact the user who they want to contact, they don’t need to switch to other interface and go back to the note, it is the efficient way to use Evernote.
