Physical fitness, a group of attributes relating to the human body’s ability to perform, maybe defined as movement. For example, in the text it states, “While a persons level of physical fitness can be improved by regular, systematic exercise, benefits achieved from exercise training may be lost if the activity is not maintained on a regular basis.” Basically, this is saying that if someone who exercises tirelessly and has improved over time can all be lost of quit. This suggest that if you start to get in an exercise routine, don’t quit, all of that work will be gone. Therefore physical fitness is significant and can be lost, never quit.
