I am going to speak about extreme sports. First of all, what are extreme sports? Extreme sport is a popular term for certain activities perceived as having a high level of danger. These activities often involve speed, height, a high level of physical exertion, and highly specialized gear. Some examples of extreme sports are Auto racing, Ice climbing, Scuba diving, etc. If we compare the deaths caused by extreme sports and normal sports by taking an example, 2.2 million (which is 200,000) people died in a year doing Scuba Diving whereas in cricket only 12 people died in a year.

Now I am going to speak about the pros and corns of extreme sports. First let’s look at the pros. It develops competitive skills and train ones to face the future problems. It also trains people to face any kind of harm or pains in the future. It is also a way to enjoy your leisure time. A person gets a thrilled adventure and a lot of memories. Now it’s time for the corns. This sport is mostly played by youngsters so they have a danger of early injury or being handicapped. The worst part is that it can also cause a person’s death. The sports may give us thrill but who wants thrill by risking his life.
